I started my new job at the Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital, trauma-1 center on October 12, 2009. I work in the cardiac unit as an RN, a step up in pace, learning curve and intensity. I've never seen so many patients get mad at me. The last place they want to be is in a cardiac unit on bedrest, hooked up to heart monitors/EKG's, medicated, and advised what to do. They came from the ER and they want to go home. I don't blame them. The heli-pad is on the roof, a look outside the windows of our unit and there are the helicopters and the sound of their adrenaline-like noise. Overall I would say "a wonderful learning experience working here @ Scottsdale healthcare, Osborn Hospital."
